Flow Tech - Manager - Sales & Customer Success (6-10 yrs)
ROLE :
Reporting to the SALES DIRECTOR - INDIA, the Customer Success Manager is the owner of sales activities in the Region and Managing & further strengthening the relationship with Key clients. This shall be an Individual Contributor Role working closely with the Internal & External stakeholders.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead generation / New Account Acquisitions:
- Monitor the Indian market in search of new business opportunities (Banks/NBFCs/ Fintech) in COLLECTIONS
- Actively promote Flows product portfolio for meeting monthly & quarterly quota.
- Study and benchmark Flows competition (price and product benchmarking).
Hunting:
- Establish long-term strategic partnerships with key industry players in Flows traditional industries (banking, consumer finance, and online lending) to increase Flows market share and ensure its position as a market leader in CMS Outsourcing in the Indian markets.
Farming/ Account Management:
- Drive growth of work volumes with existing clients and ensure work allocations are stable and timely.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.
- Own and develop the relationship with key stakeholders inside Flows key clients, including rankings from clients
- Cooperate with Operations, Risk, and Finance Teams to monitor to ensure sustained profitability of Key Accounts.
Others:
- Manage and solve conflicts with clients with minimal business and reputational impact.
- Stay updated on financial regulation and events and convert changes into opportunities.
- Lead the invoice validation process, as well as act as liaison with the client in regard to Accounts Receivable.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven track record of minimum 6 - 9 years in as Collections Manager or Customer Success Manager, preferably in COLLECTIONS FOR BANKS/FINTECH COs.
- Should possess a strong Network/Connections in Banks & NBFCs
- Bachelors Degree in Economics, Business, Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar.
- Ability to manage and coordinate all aspects of an ongoing project.
- Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Proven communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills and ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of the Indian BFSI sector (Especially Unsecured Assets Collections) is a strong advantage.
- Strong connections with Banking and Financial services clients esp
