Florencare - Manager - Sales - eCommerce Vertical (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to join our dynamic team. The candidate should have working experience in a large E-commerce firm, managing revenue growth, and P&L, with an understanding of technology, systems, marketing, operations. Relevant experience in the Hygiene and lifestyle sector.
Responsibilities :
- Work with the founders and be the key stakeholder in driving the growth and scale of the company.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing budgets and forecasts for revenue, margin, and expenses and manage all platforms like:Amazon, flipkart, Nykaa, Purplle etc; recap and analyse business results versus plan.
- Ensures the smooth execution of the business plan by delivering the PL goals in terms of revenue and profitability while transforming the business based on the long-term vision
- Be responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of acquisition campaigns across all the digital platforms like Facebook, Google, affiliates, etc.
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, annual acquisition numbers and costs.
- Execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns including strategy, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and reporting.
- Analyze competition trends and drive Category Leadership.
- Lead the team operating CRM channels (Mobile and Web Push, Email, SMS, etc.) and drive Engagement and Revenue metrics.
- Ideate, Experiment, and Improve performance across the Customer Lifecycle, with specific interventions across Second Purchase, Loyal Shoppers, and Win-back.
- Own the operations of all channels of communication with users including email, SMS, push notifications to mention a few.
- Partner with the creative team and brand marketing to drive ROI through rigorous and systematic creative and narrative testing focused on optimization and testing new approaches.
- Take steps and align teams to optimize the user experience on the website using insights from heat maps.
- Create KPIs for the teams and push the teams towards the achievement of their KPIs.
- Optimize projections of stock and inventory across company website and marketplace, to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory build-ups.
