Floral Flute - Manager - Business Development (5-10 yrs)
Job Role -
Position - Business Development Manager
Responsibilities -
1. Responsible for market research & market study
2. Responsible to find out prospective clients/vendors
3. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and vendors
4. Expand our vendor network - North
5. Monitoring, analyzing and forecasting vendor requirement, their business models and tracking progress
6. Maintain assigned account bases while developing new accounts
7. Draw up contracts and payment collection
8. Manage a team of 3-4 sales members to ensure smooth running of day to day Sales Function
9. Be able to create and maintain a pipeline of leads based on the target parameters set by the company
10. Collaborate, communicate and engage with all department and team members to ensure optimum customer engagement and contribute to creating a great place to work.
Skills -
The required qualification is a bachelor's degree in any stream. A post-graduate degree would be a plus
The necessary skills include -

- Ease with public speaking, strong research ability,
- Motivation for sales, prospecting skills, identification of customer needs and challenges,
- Meeting sales goals, professionalism and
