Job Role -
Position - Growth Hacker / Marketing Manager
- Developing and implementing Strategies and tactics to get the word out about our Company and drive qualified traffic to our website
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Responsibilities -
We are looking for people passionate about technology and with an infectious enthusiasm for marketing tools and techniques. You- ll need to be analytically driven and you should be familiar with common online marketing channels and technologies and interested in helping us explore a variety of new ones.
1. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies for offline and Online channels
2. Marketing Manager will be responsible for the Website management and updation (Content, design etc)
3. He/She Will be responsible for the Marketing Collateral - Flyers, Brochures, Presentations, Sales Pitches, etc - (Idea, Design, content)
4. He/she will be responsible for the Company Blogs, Daily news letters, etc
5. Digital Marketing - He / She will be responsible for the Social media promotions (FB and Instagram page handling), SEO keywords, Email marketing campaigns, etc
6. He/She will be responsible to manage industry Events, networking & will be responsible to build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
7. Team Management - He/She will be responsible to handle team of online and offline marketing executives.
8. Last but not the least - Help the core team when required: We expect from you to demonstrate the ability to hustle on ground as a high performing individual contributor in absence of team members. As a leader / professional we believe you will exhibit flexibility and adaptability in your role and will work for the benefit of floral flute. What all you need :
Must have 5+ years of Marketing experience and must include digital marketing experience & great knowledge of digital marketing tools.

Technical Competencies :
- Strong hands on Online marketing
- Good to have basic knowledge and experience with designing tools - Photoshop etc
- Experience managing email marketing programs and writing customer-facing content
