Floral Flute - Executive - Business Development/Sales (0-3 yrs)
Position - Business Development / Sales Executive
Job Role -
We are looking for a competitive field sales representative to develop Business Development Opportunities and attract new Vendors/Clients. The successful Business Development executive will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets.
The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing revenue by managing and negotiating with Vendors or clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects.
Responsibilities -
- Get the sale lead- using various sales methods (daily client / vendor meetings, cold calling, presentations etc)
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
- Meeting vendors / clients and explaining them about the Floral Flute products
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Evaluating Vendors on our selection criteria
- Making report and provide feedback to the Manager
- Responsible for negotiations and closer of Vendor contracts
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
What we are looking -
Education - The required qualification is a bachelor's degree in any stream. A post-graduate degree would be a plus
Experience level - 0 - 3 yrs
- Proven sales experience is preferred, but freshers with good communication and presentation skills may also apply
- Goal orientation (Target oriented)
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- High on energy
- Must have his own 2 wheeler
