FloBiz - Social Media Marketer (1-8 yrs)

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in social media (content as well as analytics) for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter
- Bachelor's degree in communications or finance is preferred - Experience and interest on FinTech topics will be preferred
Requirements :
- Exceptional conversation skills to communicate with stakeholders and senior leadership
- Ability to think and write in Hindi as well as English is a must - Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must
- Strong secondary research skills to gather information from internet sources - Self-motivated to think outside the box and can navigate through ambiguity.
- Creative and collaborative spirit to develop amazing original ideas - Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Responsibilities :
- You'll work on creating a brand from the ground up and defining the social media strategy
- You'll get to work with a super talented marketing team to help develop brand awareness and increase engagement
- You will write creative, funny & quirky social media copies to engage and captivate our target audience on all social media platforms
- You would have to wear many hats as you will work with the leadership team to develop strategy, write copy, manage social communities, and analyse data
- You will own all the social pages content & performance. You will use data to drive home what is working and what is not
