Flobiz - Executive - Business Development (1-2 yrs)
Educational Qualifications Minimum graduation from any accredited university
Experience : Minimum 1.5 - 2 years of direct sales experience with a proven record of selling products or services. Experience in Fintech Sales, Technology Sales would be recommended (not mandatory).
Roles & Responsibilities : Reach out to the Leads created by you on a day to day basis directly (Face to Face) and convince the prospects to purchase the plans of the product
- Generate leads through referrals or any other methods
- Should understand the pain points of the users, empathize and explain how our product would be useful to them and convince them to buy
- Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with potential future prospects that have been identified and build positive relationships with them for future scope of sales.
- Ensuring that the sales are made in compliance to set quality parameters and not giving false information and commitment to users
- Assisting new prospects on the queries, creating interests in our product offerings
- Building a good professional relation with the existing users to ensure they continue using our product on a long term basis,resulting in enhanced renewals
- Keep yourself updated with the new feature release and any changes on the product.
Other Requirements :
- Minimum 1.5 - 2 years of field sales experience
- Should have his own vehicle (2 / 4 wheeler) with valid license
- Should have completed graduation
- Decent English, hindi or other regional language
- Should be a go getter with a love for achieving targets
- Should be friendly and at same time professional goal oriented person
- Very energetic, quick thinker who is passionate about sales
CTC : 15 to 25K TH + PF + Allowances + Incentives + Referral Bonuses ...etc.
