FloBiz - City Manager - Sales - Interior Design Vertical (5-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team in the assigned city .
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures it's strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
- Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC data to superiors.
- Keeping up to date with market developments and competitor strategies
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 4 year of work experience in sales with B2B/B2C business model.
- Should have handled a team across a territory / city .
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Need to have hands-on experience managing data and analyzing it.
