Flipspaces Technology Labs - Key Accounts Manager - Post Sales (2-6 yrs)
In the primary part of your role :
- Travelling To Client Location And Training Staff
- Giving product demos to customers of our retail/distributor partners
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high
volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
- Research key customer wants, needs and complaints & suggest solutions
- Ensure the ordered products/features/solutions are delivered in a timely manner
- Serve as contact point (SPOC) for key customers and internal teams
- Research and source new potential clients
- Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
