Base Location : Gurgaon
Key Duties :
- Your role as Content Delivery Manager will involve managing the full project lifecycle to deliver the project in desired effort, quality, cost, and schedule.
- You would be expected to effectively manage freelancers and in-house team members and to ensure smooth and efficient running of processes and projects.
Experience / skills required :
1) 5-6 years in project planning, estimation, scheduling and monitoring experience working with e-learning/K12 company
2) Proficient in using MS office suites
3) Extensive experience in content delivery role in e-learning company
4) Experience managing teams and freelancers with the ability to build strong relationships
5) Strong project management skills with the ability to set structure and standards and to drive through change
6) Solid communication and negotiation skills with a problem solving attitude and creative thinking
