Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall revenue target in the corporate segment across multiple industries

Independently manage the sales cycle end to end from cold calling, business development, qualification, negotiation and closure of the deal

Develops account plans and long-term sales pipeline to increase company's market share

Independently mine the mid-market to generate and manage leads end to end

Builds strong professional relationships with key business executives, including C level executives

Directs and coordinates all activity on account(s)

Key Success Factors

Achieve 100% of the revenue targets set for the vertical

Maintain a min. revenue growth of 40% MoM

Maintain an average NPS score of 70 and above

Business Mix: Existing customer repeat rate at 30%, new account addition 50%, run rate business 20%

Candidate Requirement

Sales professionals with preferred business development, sales and marketing experience in the retail industry in B2B space

Existing relationships in this space preferred

Ability to work independently or with min. supervision

Great written and oral communication, high level of maturity: more of a doer and less of a thinker

High level of negotiation skills at high level customer management

Adept at advanced sales negotiations and positioning product value under pricing pressures
