Flipick - Sales Representative (1-3 yrs)
- End to End Sales
- Responsible for driving revenue growth in the colleges, universities, educational Institutions and Corporate segment
- Understand the challenges that teachers/trainers face and demonstrate how our solution can dramatically impact success
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at the colleges, universities, educational Institutions and Corporate
- Deliver professional sales presentations, both face-to-face and virtually, to demonstrate how the company's technology can effectively improve classrooms
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets by developing new business
- Develop and maintain a full business pipeline of prospective clients
- Maintain timely and accurate reporting of the pipeline, account plans, and territory management activities, in CRM
- Enhance and review marketing content. Provide insight on how to modify marketing content, specifically for your market.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 -3 year of experience
- Deep and broad knowledge of the educational/training landscape in India. Understand the hurdles of selling to colleges, universities, corporates and educational Institutions
- Successful sales experience within the colleges, universities, corporates and educational Institutions market
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Ability to develop relationships with customers so that they become partners as well, in the quest to personalize education for their students
- Able to converse in English (other languages a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Takes responsibility for and is accountable for outcomes
- Enjoys working with minimal supervision, but keeps their manager aware of issues, opportunities and support needs
- Vehicle is required in order to visit clients
