Flipick - Customer Support/Technical Support Representative - Voice Process (0-2 yrs)
Role: Technical Support Executive (Voice)
Location: Pune Exp: 0-2 yrs.
Notice Period: Preferably Immediate
- Freshers/Experienced candidates with good communication skills in English.
- Students awaiting for results/ have backlogs can also apply.
- Should be well-informed about Computer and its Hardware.
- Should be customer-service oriented & Neutral accent in communication.
- Should be proficient in typing (speed and accuracy).
- Good understanding of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Previous work experience with a Technical Support company would be desirable but is not mandatory.
- Should be flexible to work in 24/7 Shifts and in a 4 pm to 1 am time.
- Should be willing to work in Voice Based process.
- Students passing out in 2017/ waiting for results can also apply.
