FLIP - Regional B2B Sales Manager (2-4 yrs)

We- ve pioneered the e.learning model in this space; as a young company, we have created India's only private, recruiter recommended certification in BFS. Through persistence, innovation and a fantastic support team, we have clients across private & public sector banks, IT & KPO companies, NBFCs & AMCs, plus 90% repeat clients.
Your Role :
- You're bored with the daily corporate grind. You want to see your ideas take root and grow - rather than being a small piece in a large organization. This is your chance.
- You will have a P&L target, for the B2B vertical.
This highly entrepreneurial role covers :
- Maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
- Spotting opportunities, initiating leads, structuring solutions & pricing models appropriate to the target segment.
- Ensuring both : Revenues and direct expenses
Who You Are :
A start-up is both difficult and exciting! The role needs persistence, energy and a long term (3-5 year) view. You'll need 2-4 years of proven sales success (either channel sales or B2B) post a premier MBA, PLUS
- Ability to listen, THINK and structure different solutions, basis client needs
- Hunger to achieve - persistent, don't give up easily.
- Comfort with, or a willingness to learn about the BFS space
