FlexiLoans - Head/AVP/VP - Sales (5-7 yrs)

- Leading team of Tele Sales to ensure maximum conversion of Leads received across Partners and Direct in to Hot Leads
- Training the team on Selling Strategy - Convincing customers to submit all the documents digitally and bringing out clearly FlexiLoans USP vis-- vis competition
- Preparing Sales Pitch Script for the team along with team leads
- Implementing and leading FOS activities for maximum conversion in key cities
- Coordination with Tech team for consistently adding Features which can improve Team Efficiency
- Quality Checks via Audits for Script adherence by Team via Team Leads
- Implementing best practices for Customer Service to lead maximum customer satisfaction
- Leading the Renewal Calling and Conversion
- Leading the Referral Program through Customer Calling
- Razor sharp Focus on making customer journey simpler to ensure maximum conversion and consistently reduce frictions
- Working Closely with Marketing team to ensure conversion of Leads to Hot Leads digitally as well
- Reporting and Monitoring performance across key Partners to ensure that targets are achieved
- Working with Credit to ensure team understands the Policies well and conduct regular training for updating team on documents required etc
- Following up large cases with Credit to ensure smooth conversions to Loans
- Coordinating Pricing and Amount with Customers along with team and ensuring least Post Sanction dropouts
- Coordinating with Alliances team for Flow of regular leads and seeking support from partners for customers which are not reachable
Key Requirements for the Job :
- Out of the Box thinking
- Never say no attitude
- Proven negotiation skills, strong communication & presentation skills
- Experience in Financial Products / working with Startups will be added advantage
- Excellent and Innovative Microsoft Powerpoint skills
- Minimum 5 Years of experience with Banks / NBFCs in Business Loans will be an added advantage
