FlexiLoans - Field Sales Role (2-10 yrs)
What you will work on:
- You will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of phygital vertical.
- You will be responsible for meeting the prospective customers directly.
- Your role involves developing and executing sales strategies and managing key client relationships.
- Should know the local topography very well.
- The ideal candidate should be digital savvy.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- In-depth knowledge of local market including market dynamics, industry trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent local communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Should be capable of thinking out of the box/willing to learn new things.
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience from any industry.
- Any bachelor's degree.
