Job Description :

We are hiring for Sales Associate position in Bangalore and nearby region. We are looking for highly active, skilled and experienced candidates who can add value in our company.

Roles and Responsibilities :

The roles and responsibilities for Sales Associate are as :

1. Generate leads within your assigned market or geographic area.

2. Have to sell a cloud based Human Resource Management System.

3. Complete software sales cycle from lead generation- product demo to closure

4. Research and build network with new clients

5. Identify potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network

6. Identify potential client decision makers and the company practice leaders/principals

7. Plan approaches and pitches

8. Set up the meeting between client decision makers and the company's practice leaders/ principals.

9. Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the clients.

10. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Must have 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales

- Should have follow ups and excellent negotiation skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Good at local language like Tamil/Kannada

- Comfortable with travel

- Candidates from IT Sales background given preference

- Experience in manufacturing sector will be add advantage

Salary :

As per the Industry standards (Also based upon candidate skills and experience) with best in Industry Incentives.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Any graduate with minimum 3 years of B2B Sales experience

- Eligible candidate must have pleasing personality, professional attitude, presenter and negotiator of ideas.

- Eligible candidate must have tangible proof to showcase her/his past performance.
