Responsibilities :
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or service.
- Build and maintains customer relationships.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Responsible for customer follow-ups.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
- Go the - extra mile- to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good knowledge of sales
- Prior experience in International Sales in Telematics/IOT/Fleet Management or Logistics companies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to deadlines, changing schedules, priorities, and unpredictable events within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
