Fleetx - City Manager - Sales (8-16 yrs)
Fleetx is hiring for City Manager Profile:
Role & responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of 15-20 members (ASMs, BDMs) to achieve state-wide sales targets.
- Sales Growth: Develop new accounts, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and ensure consistent target achievement.
- Client Engagement: Provide professional service and advice to enhance client satisfaction.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and product innovations.
- Strategy Contribution: Contribute to sales strategies and marketing plans for the assigned region.
- Revenue Collection: Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely collections.
Preferred candidate profile:
- 8+ years of sales experience in Logistics software, Insurance, or Commercial Vehicle industries. SaaS product experience is an advantage.
- Proven expertise in business development and sales strategy execution.
- Strong team leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in product demonstrations and client engagement.
