Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Use analytics tools to monitor and do complete data analysis from website traffic till conversion. Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- Collaborate with team members on campaign development and implementation Measure campaign performance across channels and assess against goals. Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience doing B2B marketing and driving customer acquisition. Understanding of online customer acquisition process is essential. Prior work experience with CRM and Email marketing tools is mandated. Experience building and assessing reports from multiple sources, including email platform metrics and third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and conveying ideas concisely, using data to support conclusions. Innovative mindset and familiarity with A/B testing. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
