Business Development:
- Work with Inside sales and marketing to maximize Lead Generation
- Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new enterprise client accounts
- Experience of achieving individual and team revenue goal
- Strong "seller" background in strategic sales teams
- Deal Maker attributes and has sold large deals before
Account Management:
- Prospect within named existing accounts to generate pipeline, create opportunities and close deals
- Build a trusted advisor relationship with your customers, including building relationships with the key contacts and customer executive team
- Proactively identify and resolve account success blockers that may arise
Team Management:
- Manage the Sales team
- Set and track sales targets for your team
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Build a high performance culture in the team
Partner Management:
- Handle partners across the ecosystem
- Price negotiation
- Lead Partner and contract evaluation and selection.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders on negotiations for all managed Partner relationships.
- Establish and maintain clearly defined touchpoints with relevant internal stakeholders such as service area directors, delivery teams, etc.
The Successful Applicant :
- 8+ years of Software Services Enterprise Sales and /or Account Management experience with large Fortune 500 enterprise accounts with proven ability to hunt for new opportunities.
- Value-based solution selling ability and understanding of ROI and cost/benefit analysis
- Consistent track record of over achievement, exceeding quota, and high performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills, as well as ability to work well with various cultures.
