Responsibilities :
- Create and mentor a team of Business Development Executives
- Identify Target Market for a identified technologies, generate leads, and close deals.
- Update CRM with every detail of a Lead and the Opportunity.
- Successfully transition the deal from Sales to Delivery team with a clear agreement on Customer Expectations.
- Identify, Negotiate and Engage partners for delivering projects
- Create and update sales and marketing collaterals
- Create and run marketing campaigns, provide content for websites
- Create and review contracts diligently
- Report on Sales Activities, Closures and Revenue.
- Create Training programs and train the team to achieve targets
Requirements :
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in selling Software solutions to enterprises in the assigned geography.
- Strong prospecting and cold calling skills
- Experience in leveraging and managing alliances/partnerships to offer enhanced value to the customers
- Owning a substantial revenue target and be responsible for steady annual growth
- Understand offshore software Outsourcing platforms to craft solutions to match customer needs.
- Creating proposals and contracts.
- Pipeline building and management
- Good technical and business analysis background
- Experience in Consulting and interactions with C-level executives
Qualifications :
- MBA Desired, Bachelor of Engineering in CS or IS / MCA
- 12-15 years of experience in business-to-business software solution sales experience
- Proven sales record for experienced candidates.
Timings :
- This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6:30 p.m. to 3 .30 a.m. Occasional weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
