Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Partnership Manager to drive and manage collaborations within the health insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, broking, and partnership agreements. This role involves developing strategic alliances, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating agreements to ensure mutual growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with brokers, insurance providers, and other stakeholders in the health insurance ecosystem.
- Lead the negotiation, drafting, and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and insurers to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to align partnership initiatives with organizational goals.
- Monitor partnership performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
