Flash Cube IT - Executive/Intern - Business Development (1-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, social media, and online research. Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement lead generation campaigns.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals : Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients. Prepare and present business proposals outlining the benefits and value proposition of the company's products or services.
- Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems regularly. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Networking : Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a strong professional network. Represent the company at various forums to enhance its visibility in the market
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Results-driven and able to meet or exceed sales targets.
