Responsibilities :

- Spreading the Flam gospel, and promote brand-focused messages.

- Initiate conversations on behalf of the brand. Engaging with users across all communication channels and building a relationship with our community.

- Respond to all incoming messages across social media channels in a personalized trendy and timely fashion whether they be from an angry troll or a quick shout-out from an appreciative fan.

- Responsible for connecting, engaging, and enhancing the brand's online reputation.

Requirements :

- Should be a good creative thinker and exceptional communicator.

- Knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media, and Online Reputation is a must.

- Must be an informed and active follower of social and digital space trends.
