- With rapidly growing AR UGC creators (surpassed Snapchat AR creator count of 200,000 in December'21, growing 10X their rate), high virality and more than 350M+ interactions on Flam camera/app within a few months of launch, Flam is now a leading company in the metaverse space. Flam targets 4B+ global internet users in its social metaverse.
- Our in house technology has the potential to upgrade the entire print and customized gifting industry globally which is a $50B+ market size. We're already seeing a lot of inbound interest among companies in the US and UK to start using our technology and offer it to their customers to get a metaverse experience using their daily products. We're building a team to start selling our SAAS tool to global companies and aiming to hit $100M ARR by the end of this calendar year.
Responsibilities :
- As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for qualifying all inbound leads, generating a pipeline via outbound efforts and coordinating with Sales Teams to move leads to closure.
Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?
- Generate a pipeline of leads via outbound efforts like email outreach, cold calling and social media outreach. Experience and comfort with cold calling is a must
- Follow up with Inbound Leads/prospects and qualify them. Run product demonstrations for qualified leads
- Nurture and build relationships with top of funnel prospects to convert them into customers
- Experiment and iterate the process and messaging to improve the response and conversion rates
- Support Marketing Campaigns like Events, webinars, virtual events etc to drive attendance
- Developing and executing sales strategies and achieving sales quotas.
Requirements :
- Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
- 2-4 years of experience working in a Sales Development Role with SaaS/Technology/IT firms for SMBs
- B.tech or equivalent Graduation, MBA will be preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Zoho (Or any other CRM)
- Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work cross-functionally with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
