Flam - Executive - Customer Service (1-4 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional support on chats/ emails & calls to provide resolution to the query and obtain details of complaints.
- Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems.
- Handling escalations and complex queries
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers- requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation(Operations/Tech/Product etc.)
- Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality
Skills and Qualifications
Experience: (6+ months ).
- Knowledge of Google tools (Sheets, forms etc. ) & Excel.
- Tech Savvy (Troubleshooting basic mobile technical issues)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
