Position: -Sr. Business Executive

Responsibilities :

- Identify and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers in premium colleges, understanding their pain points and effectively communicating the value proposition of our Edtech solutions.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to premium colleges, focusing on building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and challenges in the context of the Edtech industry.

- Identify and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers in premium colleges, understanding their pain points and effectively communicating the value proposition of our Edtech solutions.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and potential growth opportunities within the premium college segment.

- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to the higher education sector, ensuring that all sales activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools to effectively track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Edtech industry, with a proven track record of successfully selling to premium colleges and achieving revenue targets.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in premium colleges and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.

- Strong relationship-building skills, and a drive for Quality Assurance.

- Strong interpersonal effectiveness and teamwork skills.

- Excellent Presentation and Communication skills.

- Ready to travel at least 15-20 days a month across a given State/territory.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools to effectively track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
