Fitspire - Manager - Digital Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Job Summary :
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and optimize online sales for our organisation. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving business results in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve brand objectives, increase online visibility, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals, ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels.
3. Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, consumer behavior, and market trends, and leverage insights to inform digital marketing strategies.
5. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
6. Develop and maintain a strong online presence by overseeing website content, search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, and user experience optimization.
7. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to plan and execute digital content strategies, including website content, blog posts, social media content, and video marketing.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and best practices, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to drive business growth.
9. Manage and optimize budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize campaign performance and achieve marketing objectives.
10. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills :
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and online sales.
4. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEM, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and SEO.
5. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
7. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
8. Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of consumer behavior in the digital space.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
10. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a focus on driving business growth through digital marketing initiatives.
