Fitspire - eCommerce Executive - Sales (1-2 yrs)
1. Develop and implement an effective e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and increase market share for our products.
2. Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless functionality, user experience, and transactional capabilities.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches to drive traffic and conversion.
4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for product assortment and pricing optimization.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales data, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention, to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
6. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and minimize stockouts.
7. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize product listings, imagery, and descriptions, ensuring accurate and compelling representation of FMCG products.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, technology, and digital marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
10. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and e-commerce platforms, to ensure the smooth operation of e-commerce initiatives.
