JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Communication :
- The Customer Service Officer must maintain constant communication with the Front of House Manager on all aspects of club responsibilities and activities. It is paramount to the success of the club and company for the Customer Service Officer to maintain an open line of communication on any issues relating to the club.
Operational and Administrative Responsibilities :
- Daily interface with the Front of House Team on the weekly schedule.
- To answer all incoming telephone calls and further their inquiry to the correct departments.
- To be responsible for working your scheduled hours.
- To administrate the membership database using Member First, recording all necessary information.
- To perform the cashing up duties at the end of your shift and perform duties as required by your Front of House Manager.
- To take care of any lost property and keep it in an appropriate place for a minimum of one month. (Personal items such as underwear, socks, combs, etc are to be kept for 3 days only).
- Schedule all manual bookings including fitness programs, treatments, and personal training bookings.
- Accurately cash up at the end of your shift and account for all transactions during your shift.
- Keep reception in an immaculate condition.
- Make sure that all literature and goody bags are well stocked.
- Make up membership cards for all new members.
- Always wear your correct uniform.
- Ensure front desk is covered at all times.
- Do not eat or drink behind reception.
- Coordinate all booking of treatments, personal training, and orientations.
- To be knowledgeable of all areas of the club i.e., timetables treatments, sales prices.
- To provide sales support to the sales team on tours or administration.
- To support the front of house manager and action reports and information required for monthly meetings.
- To order and keep stocked all merchandise, stationary juice bar.
- Assume responsibility for any and all bills /checks cash, lockers while on duty.
- Handle guest comments and complaints professionals take ownership of the issues.
- A through Handover to the next shift.
- Always be on time for your shift.
