Are you a Digital Marketing Specialist who is ready to lead the way forward in building high performing campaigns across search & social and much more?

Cure Delivery Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for our brand Fitness 30, to lead the planning, implementation, optimization and reporting of performance marketing initiatives to help drive traffic and maximize ROI across Paid Social channels.

Responsibilities : 

1. Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan.

2. Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.

3. Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.

4. Craft effective pay-per-click text ads as well as continuously implement text ads - A/B testing.

5. Pull data, analyse and communicate results. Pivot or shift approaches, when necessary, in response to what you learn.

6. Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.

7. Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.

8. Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.

9. Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives.

10. Document campaign evolution to monitor the overall performance and identify best practices.

11. Work with Digital Marketing to ensure messaging across all channels are consistent and aligned.

12. Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans to sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

1. A Graduate holding Bachelor's Degree in any subject.

2. Minimum 1 & Maximum 2-year experience in a similar role as well as experience in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.

3. A solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.

4. Should possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.

5. A highly goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills & Keyword Research skills.

6. Proven ability to identify, analyse and solve ambiguous problems with extreme attention to detail.

7. Ability to meet deadlines and to work independently.
