FitMeIn - Centre Manager (2-6 yrs)
ROLE: Center Managers
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Managing centre experience and incremental enhancements.
- Interact with walk-ins and prospective clients.
- Take feedback from members and partners about classes and document the same.
- Drive customer engagement and renewals.
- Develop a personal connect with the members and ensure they are engaged Drive renewals through interactions over call/in-person.
Timing:
Male candidates: 10:00 am to 9 pm
Female Candidates - 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
Skill :
- Proficient in Hindi, English and trained in handling customer walk-ins, existing member queries, feedback etc.
- Used to working long hours
- Proficient in use of computers
