We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in the IELTS/PTE exams to lead and execute our marketing strategy for attracting clients seeking immigration services that require these language proficiency tests. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns that promote our expertise in IELTS/PTE preparation and immigration services to attract candidates and grow our business, including on-field marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives and focus on attracting candidates seeking IELTS/PTE preparation and immigration services.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities and create strategies to capitalize on them.

- Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and social media content that effectively communicate our expertise in IELTS/PTE preparation and immigration services to potential clients.

- Drive lead generation through targeted marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, search engine marketing, events, and on-field marketing activities, with a focus on IELTS/PTE candidates.

- Establish relationships with key stakeholders such as IELTS/PTE preparation centers, universities, and other referral partners to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

- Manage and maintain our website and social media accounts, ensuring they are up-to-date and engaging with content that resonates with IELTS/PTE candidates.

- Coordinate and execute on-field marketing activities such as participating in education fairs, conducting seminars and workshops, and hosting networking events to attract IELTS/PTE candidates seeking immigration services.

- Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.

- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns are cost-effective and provide a positive ROI.

- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Client Services, and Product Development to ensure alignment of marketing strategy with business objectives and IELTS/PTE candidate needs.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the immigration consultancy industry with a focus on IELTS/PTE exams.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

. - Experience in managing social media accounts and developing content for digital platforms that resonates with IELTS/PTE candidates.

- Proven track record of executing successful on-field marketing activities and campaigns that drove lead generation and conversions for IELTS/PTE candidates.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Understanding of the immigration process and regulations, particularly as it relates to IELTS/PTE requirements, is a plus.
