Marketing Automation Expert
- If you are a HubSpot automation expert, we want you! We need someone with the know-how to set up and manage our automated marketing and sales processes. You will be responsible for creating and implementing complex workflows and developing and managing dashboards and reports. If you are excited about working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement complex workflows in HubSpot to support our marketing and sales processes
2. Manage our HubSpot instance, including creating and maintaining dashboards and reports
3. Set up journeys for onboarding users, nurturing prospects, and retaining customers via email campaigns and intelligent workflows
4. Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure that our automated processes align with their needs
5. Stay up-to-date on the latest HubSpot features and partner with our team to test and implement new functionality
6. Drive product usage growth, upsell/cross-sell, engagement, and retention through nurturing Leverage user behavior data & segmentation for better targeting
7. Track and analyze the email marketing campaigns for key metrics, use statistical analysis, and post-campaign behavioral response to strategies and develop campaign nurturing
8. Provide training and support to our marketing and sales teams on how to use HubSpot
Requirements :
1. Expertise in HubSpot and HubSpot workflows, dashboards, and reports
2. Experience in marketing and sales operations
3. Minimum TWO years of PROVEN experience managing a SaaS company's email and content marketing (operationally & strategically)
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
5. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
