Fitbots - Associate - Customer Success (0-3 yrs)
Role: Full time Role - Customer Success Representative
About the role:
Today, growth is not only about investing in customer acquisition. We are now in a new era where companies including Fitbots recognize - Customer Success- as a growth engine.
Your primary responsibility is to continuously enhance CS workflows/ processes and manage customer journey with CSM to build advocacy.
A) Customer Lifecycle Management
- Onboarding of new customer seamlessly onto Fitbots - demos, platform queries addressal etc.
- Execute customer-related initiatives, programs, and campaigns
- Handhold customers on platform queries and clarifications throughout the journey
B) Voice of Customer and Building advocacy
- Partner with Product, bringing - voice of customer- to Product teams
- Roll-out surveys, collect testimonials and reviews from users
C) Data operations & Intelligence
- Manage customer billing and invoicing related activities
- Data aggregation, analysis, and reporting for Customer dashboard
