@fitpage we are looking for a dynamic person to lead our Digital Marketing team. If you're excited to be part of a winning team, this is a great place to grow your career. You will be responsible for developing and administering content that is designed to engage users and build strong online communities through our social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Mid to long term social media strategy creation and review with the stakeholders
- Plan the social media calendar in accordance with our content guidelines. It is important to publish consistent communication across all channels. We publish content on facebook, ig, twitter, linkedin and youtube.
- Create and execute an engagement opportunity with relevant audience periodically
- Work with the content team on newsletter distribution
- Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency in design and copy through tone, voice and terminology
- Facilitate brand awareness through various social media channels and manage all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, ensuring a positive customer service experience
- Produce pre agreed social media dashboard outlining its performance periodically. We currently work on a weekly performance review.
- Work on the implementation of reporting and publishing tools
- Use social media to build relevant virtual community

- Think of growth hacks and implement them with limited or no resources
Qualifications :
- Recreational or professional athletics background
- At least 3 years of social media management experience in a product company. Resume from typical social media agencies may not be the right fit. If you like to just create posts to count numbers, ignore this job post
- Working knowledge of analytics tools
- Relevant experience determining a target audience and develop unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
- Strong understanding of social media marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
