Sales Hunter

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to spearhead our US market sales efforts. You will be a revenue generator with proven leadership skills, responsible for driving significant growth and managing a high-performing lead generation team.

Work Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.

Expectation :

1) Has exceeded booking revenue targets over USD 1 Million annually over the last 2 years. (From US market).

2) Has secured new client opportunities through a combination of self-generated leads (alteast 50% contribution) and by leading and collaborating with his/her lead generation team.

3) Can hit the ground running from day one and generate sales/opportunities within the first 120 days.

4) Can work in a lean team environment (previous experience working in small and medium organizations would be preferred).

Responsibilities:

1) Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the US market, exceeding booking revenue targets.

2) Secure new client opportunities through a combination of self-generated leads and by leading and collaborating with your inside sales team.

3) Lead, hire, train and manage a team of lead generation representatives, fostering a results-oriented environment that motivates them to achieve their full potential.

4) Conduct presentations and effectively communicating the value proposition of Fission Labs' Application Development, Data Engineering, AI-ML, QA, and On-demand resource solutions to prospects.

5) Possess a deep understanding of the US market for technology services, including competitor analysis and industry trends.

6) Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.

7) Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Experience :

1) Overall 10+ years of technology services sales experience with minimum 5 years of

experience in a sales leadership/BDM role within the IT services industry.

2) Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving significant revenue growth.

3) Must have strong relationships with previous clients/prospects throughout their career.

- Strong database of leads pursued in the past.

4) Good understanding of Application Development(Java, JavaScript, Cloud, Open source), Data Engineering, AI-ML,QA.

5) Experience in building and managing high-performing lead generation team.
