Fission Labs - Lead - Inside Sales (5-8 yrs)
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources as per defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Maintain the database and activity history in the CRM.
- Responsible for Qualified lead generation through online (cold calling/Email/Webinars) from the North America/Europe/ANZ market Ability to plan and schedule appointments/meetings with the CXO level contacts.
- Maintain relationships with key contacts in prospective customer organizations for new opportunities.
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions Focused target and follow-up with a set of assigned account or database.
- A team player, someone comfortable in a highly collaborative, team- oriented culture.
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Apart from your own pipeline building, you will also train &manage a team of Business Development Executives and help them with their targets
