As a graphic designer at Fischer Jordan you will work in a dynamic, client-first, solution-oriented environment. Our design team is exposed to a large spectrum of real-world problems and expected to deliver world-class solutions on a timeline. In this role, you will be expected to effectively liaise with various stakeholders to conceptualize and manifest design visions. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.

At the moment we're looking to onboard candidates with the following key skills :

Graphic Designer (Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Procreate and Adobe Photoshop. Ability to craft custom illustrations, develop asset libraries, and a deep understanding of color theory and typography)

Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize, design, and refine visual assets and illustrations

- Engage with stakeholders to grasp design needs and translate them into tangible assets

- Stay updated with the latest design trends and integrate them as required

- Ensure design consistency and uphold quality benchmarks

- Engage in regular team discussions and design reviews

Requirements :

- Strong work ethic and ability to work in US hours

- Competitive attitude and commitment to achieving results

- Fluency and extensive experience with design tools

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred, but not required)
