FirstHive - Growth Hacker (2-5 yrs)
What is the role?
- Drive revenue goals of the Product by customer segment, geographies/markets, and product modules.
- Work with a cross-functional team of product managers, data scientists, engineers, marketing, and sales teams to build and launch products globally - from initial market validation, positioning & messaging, to GTM strategy, to launch-day execution.
- Own user and product insights: Go deep on understanding our customers and how they engage with their shoppers, across channels. Build data-driven, actionable insights that inform product strategy.
Innovate on our go-to-market approach, for example :
- Amp up our existing digital marketing channels (email, push, social) and test new channels to increase engagement and/or drive customer acquisition.
- Create new packages and narratives to drive growth and engagement in our Enterprise customers, and partner with sales to push them through the field.
- Develop our sales enablement strategy, including which audiences to support, which resources to build, and which formats will be most effective for our sales teams.
- Identify and prioritize areas of opportunity, and innovate on how to amplify customer engagement.
- Provide guidance on the creation of marketing plans - tailored to various stages of the product life cycle, including launch and new market expansions.
- Develop an approach and guidelines/templates for key marketing tools such as product brochures, product microsites, proposal pitches, and virtual training including webinars.
- Work on creating standard frameworks and supporting execution of creative assets (e.g., videos, print collateral, microsites, infographics).
- Create and share a framework through which teams can evaluate the effectiveness of their product marketing activities.
The ideal candidate :
- Has 4+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in marketing topics: marketing, branding, messaging, sales/channels, pricing, commercial/go-to-market strategy.
- Prior team management experience preferred.
- Excellent at writing and editing skills.
- Autonomous, able to tolerate ambiguity; proactive self-motivator and self-starter.
- Very organized and able to track and manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibits strong professional presence and high level of maturity.
- Possesses high levels of accountability and follow-through.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to maintain discretion when needed.
- Good presentation skills, the ability to package complex materials.
- Able to drive change.
