Key Responsibilities - Team Lead - SEO :

As a Sr. SEO Executive you will be responsible for execution of on-page optimization assignments, SEO implementation review, content optimization, site health monitoring and reporting.

1. Hands-on with on-page activities including but not limited to keyword research, META details creation, & heading tags optimization

2. Research & identify highly searched keywords using Keyword Planner & similar tools for content review & optimization from the SEO perspective and in compliance with the latest search engine algorithms

3. New content development ideas to drive more organic traffic to the website

4. Keep abreast with latest search engine updates and share recommendations to adhere to the updated guidelines

5. Possess an understanding of search engine friendly site structure, URL & directory structure and use the same in different scenarios

6. To develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives of the websites

7. Co-ordinate within the team and across various other teams

8. To use various tracking & analytics tools to monitor performance for the site

9. To provide reports on a regular basis to monitor the performance of the SEO activities

Desired Candidate Profile -

- Strong analytical & reserach skills and knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Keyword Planner

- Hands-on with Google Search Console & Bing Webmaster Tools

- Experience with tools like Advanced Web Ranking, ScreamingFrog, XENU preferable

- Knowledge of advanced SEO techniques will be an added advantage

- Proficiency at MS-Excel and other MS-Office/Open office tools

- Detail oriented with ability to research and organize

- Result orientation, Problem-solving, innovation skills and creativity are a must

- Previous experience with E-comm/India based websites will be an added advantage

- Prior experience with SEO content optimization would be a plus

- Excellent communication skills, with a solid knowledge of English grammar and the ability to present ideas in a clear and concise way, both verbally and in writing
