Job Description:
1. Create effective cross-channel user engagement automated journeys via Web Messages (Notifications, Survey, and feedback), In-App Messages, Push Notifications, Emails, Text Message & Web Push to achieve business' revenue objectives
2. Create Personalised, Engaging, Innovative Content to drive all marketing channels
3. Create and analyze daily reports to continuously improve CTRs & Revenue
4. Create the Retention workflow templates across all customer life-cycle stage
5. Coordinate and work with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Job Specifications :
1. Knowledge of CRM automation tools (Like WebEngage, Netcore smart tech, MoEngage, Marketo, HubSpot, etc)
2. Strong Attention to Detail, Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
3. Strong Analytical Skills - MS Excel Proficiency is a must (Pivots, Charts, basic analysis formulae)
4. Understanding of Key Digital Marketing metrics and drivers
5. Understanding of Marketing Communication and how it triggers user behavior
6. Result Orientation, Problem-solving abilities
7. Self-driven, displays initiative - agility to learn, drive team to result
