Job Description : 

- The role reports to the ZM - Ops and Profitability

- Responsible for Enrolments & franchise development of FIRSTCRY Pre-School.

- The candidate requires excellent skills to communicate, Build Quick rapport, ability to influence to a potential Business Partner.

- The candidate will be responsible for brand building & marketing impacting enrolments targets.

Key Deliverables : 

- Single point of contact for the Business Partner and Coordinating with him for smooth function of Franchise Operations

- Identification of potential segments in the city for conducting activities to increase footfall

- Organize new initiatives and determining marketing activities for the same.

- Brand Building of the school in the target markets.

- Ensuring Safety processes and delivery are of the best quality as per the company standards.

- Visiting and Inspecting the centers with respect to the training imparted.

- Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market Development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.

- Organizing BP meets/Conclave.

- Regular Audits /Lost enquiry/Market survey/Catchment analysis.

- Meeting enrolment targets month on month.

Employee Profile : 

Mandatory : 

- Graduate / Master's Degree with 3+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing role.

- Ability to communicate, present effectively with all the Business Partners & Customers.

Desired Skills & Qualities : 

- Should have good knowledge about the territory

- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
