FirstCry.com - Retail Store Manager (3-10 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Should be able to work in store
- Should be Polite and respect walk-in customers
- Should be able to increase the sales of stores
- Should be able to handle Sales Executives
- Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
- Advises customers by providing information on products.
- Processes payments by totalling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Should be a good sales person.
- Should be flexible to work in shifts.
- Preferred Retail store sales experience.
- Well versed in calculation
- Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, Simplification, Average, Percentage, Profit & Loss, Cross multiplication .
- Not be reluctant in customer Calling.
- Should be well versed in basic Excel Sheet Management.
