Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Acquisition. Experience in Education Industry Preferred.

Salary: Upto 6- 7lac pa

Qualification: Gradate/ Post Graduate

Roles and responsibilities:

- Execute the franchisee growth acquisition strategy for the Company

- Achieve sales target with respect to signing up Pre-school franchise

- Be able to connect with HNI (High net worth individuals) audiences and influence them to pitch the proposition.

- Achieve regional sales operational objectives by ensuring centers are operationalized within the prescribed time limit as per organisation guidelines

- Meeting up with the prospect on a daily basis

- Should be able to generate leads through cold calls and schedule sales call within the prescribed geographical location

- Will be reporting to the Zonal Manager on a daily basis

- Ensuring sign ups are as per profile prescribed by the organisation keeping the brand guidelines in mind

- Should be knowing the territory/region well through territory mapping

- Should be able to generate leads through the existing customers with the relationship skills
