Job Description :
1. Manage Community Groups & Drive Engagement on Groups, Discussions and Q&A. Meet the KPIs and Targets drawn up for same.
2. Be Up to date on Trends, Issues, Behaviour of users in communities - use this to Plan, Create, Implement Content, Topics, Posts, Videos that act as catalysts for Engagement
3. Be the voice of the Community internally - collaborate with Product & Marketing Teams for product/marketing improvements
