The Responsibilities of the Sales Officer - Sales & Distribution Management
- Manage the Sales & Distribution
- Identify, recruit and on-board team, financially strong reliable Super Stockiest, Distributors resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
- Ensure Distributor compliance with Distributor agreements, Distributor profile, and empanelment details.
- Effective planning of promotion & brand level width & depth Distribution
- Educate Distributors about product portfolio and services offered.
- Manage ATL & BTL and marketing activities to generate trails and revenue.
- Review the operational performance of the distributors
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities
- Arrange and address sales and Distributor conferences
- Keep close watch on developments in competitor activities.
- Execution of companies stratergies in the market.
- Visibility and availability in every store.
Team Management :
- Plan and assign goals and tasks to the salesman team.
- Train, motivate and guide the sales man team.
- Evaluate performance at salesman level,guideand coach them with OJT..
- Proper beat structuring and ensuring timely supplies in the market.
