Job Description :

- Find out gaps in an assortment.

- Keep a hawk's eye on competition assortment (new/ old/ continue/discontinue) and pricing.

- Topline & Bottom Line Management.

- Tracking To Go Live cycle; Ensuring all details have been put up on site; Power Content if required; Video and ambi shoot ;All new items are a part of ARS etc.

- Prepare a sourcing sheet with all specs and projected buy qtys.

- Design metrics to ensure smooth functioning of team processes like ordering, new launches etc.

- Share this metrics and flash deviations.

- Prepare projections of existing range every month.

- Closely work with the team lead for improvement of range.

- Strong data analysis.
