Job Specifications:

Research Seasonal Trends, Colors, Prints, Fabrics.

- Creating High standard of Graphics with enhanced sense of Color & composition, good sense of Trims/Silhouettes/Fall of different fabrics as per Silhouettes & seams.

- Creating Print/Mood Boards for Fashion Product Designs

- Clear understanding of Products, clear Tech Packs for their manufacturing & Technical understanding for creating Designs as per Industry standards.

- Research of International Trends, needs to be first plotted against PT & OTB required, Linesheets needs to be first managed for color curation, this will help to create Range with uniqueness, to build a strong brand positioning and language.

- Design Development liaison with Vendor for design presentation, (includes traveling).

Roles & Responsibites :

- Ensure International standard of Fashion Understanding.

- Ensure designs are at par with the current market trends and in line with the brand philosophy.

- Adhere to the design calendar and SOP.

- Research seasonal trends, colors, prints, fabrics, and styling as per the brand requirement.

- Contribute in product concepts development.

Leveraging technology tool to identify the latest trends for design inspiration.

- Responsible for sketches based on seasonal concepts and rendering the same with appropriate color/prints.

- Maintaining line sheets for seasonal range plans.

- Collaborate with Buying and Sourcing teams for effective design development.

- Conduct fitting sessions in collaboration with Tech team.

- Fabric/print/surface design follow up and pre-production and protos sample comments and approvals.

- Execute timely & Monthly calendar deadlines.

- Convincing Design & Category Team & Heads for the prints & Product designs, that they are at PAR with international standards & looks combined with our brand.

- Drive product storytelling from Concept to Shelf with clear focus on consumer facing USP.

- Drive Design Cost, Range planning.

- Direct & Drive (Concept to Self design process)- Timely adherence business Calendar On time and in full.

- Actively involved in Consumer Facing interface.

- To design range as per previous season analysis.

- To present design learning at the end of the season.

- Responsible to develop the samples for the samples presentation from the vendors.

- To creation a season range book at the end of the season for records.
